project fits in with your overall business objectives. All too often the scope is
set to a that’ll do for now price which ultimately ends up working out more expensive.
If we have the bigger picture to hand we can build in strategies to meet your initial
goals, remaining sensitive to your budgets and more importantly build in future
scope to fulfil your long term aims.
Budgets. You'll be very aware that this is a salesman's main concern
“How much can be sold and at what price?” We too will need to know your budget but
we won’t automatically recommend the most expensive solution. We only recommend
what is right for you.
Value for money; With a proper framework and some careful scheduling
we will ensure we reach objectives without laborious duplication of meetings. We
have examples where we have actually saved the cost of our consultancy fees through
careful respecification of software alone. We encourage you to talk freely and to
